the hotel's location proved convenient with its proximity to subway stations and various dining options. i found the staff quite helpful and accommodating, ready to assist with directions and information. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the check-in process.
i observed that the soundproofing in my room could be enhanced, as noise from the hallway was somewhat audible. it would improve the overall experience to address this.

The cigarette smell in my room was persistent. It clearly permeated from other rooms. despite no-smoking signs, the rule seemed ignored, a real issue! my bed was ridiculously hard. It reminded me of sleeping on a plank. i struggled to get any rest at all .

The hotel is conveniently located near various transportation hubs and popular dining spots. The staff were helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in as we arrived early (about two hours), and after check-out, because our flight was later that evening. This was a huge help and allowed us to explore more freely (I really appreciated this). The location is very advantageous.
The bathroom was a bit small. Stepping out of the shower required careful foot placement to avoid the toilet.

the location is great! two mtr stations are very close, and i could walk to several shopping malls. wicked street food stalls and cafes were just around the corner! taxis were also readily available outside the hotel.
the air conditioning felt inconsistent. there was a dial for temperature control, but it didn't seem to change anything. i couldn't adjust it to my liking, though.

The hotel is very close to jordan station. Travelling was simple. kowloon park is right next door, and i enjoyed the proximity to the park for a walk. temple street market is also within walking distance.

the staff were a little flexible with check-in time! bag storage is a simple, effective process, and the staff speaks english. email communication was prompt. the staff were efficient too.

the breakfast has a wide selection. the buffet has a good price. the service was very attentive even when it was busy. i found the restaurant next door quite convenient, i enjoyed their meals.

the room i was assigned was quite small the limited space made it difficult to move around comfortably especially with luggage there was also no complimentary water provided in the room i found this inconvenient as i had to purchase water separately it would have been a nice touch to have at least a couple of bottles available upon arrival the dated furniture also contributed to the overall impression the hotel needs some upgrades

The hotel has a superb central location. It is a great starting point to visit main attractions. I found amazing food easily. I had no problem exploring with convenient access to the red subway line.
I noticed the absence of a modern espresso and coffee machine. A modern coffee machine would enhance the experience. Many guests enjoy good coffee in the morning.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They provided excellent service. The room had wonderful harbor views. It was also very spacious, a real bonus.
The corridors were a bit noisy, bothersome! It affected my overall sleep quality.
